Refund Policy - Freelancer Services

Welcome to the Freelancer Services Refund Policy page. For Clients:

1. Script Customization Services Refund:

Refunds for script customization services are determined by the agreement between the client and the freelancer. Any cancellations or refund requests should be discussed and negotiated directly between the parties involved. does not interfere in these contractual agreements.

2. No Refunds for Completed Work:

Once the freelancer completes the agreed-upon customization work and delivers the customized script to the client, refunds will not be issued. This policy ensures that freelancers are fairly compensated for their expertise and effort.

For Freelancers:

1. Freelancer Fees and Refunds:

Freelancers may be required to pay a fee to access our Freelancer Services platform. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of project outcomes, client satisfaction, or cancellation.

2. Refund Policies and Client Agreements:

Freelancers are responsible for setting and communicating their own refund policies within the project agreement with clients. It is crucial to establish clear expectations regarding refunds before commencing customization work.

For Authors:

1. Script Sales and Refunds:

Authors selling scripts on earn a commission on each sale. In the event that a client requests a refund for a customized script, the author's commission for that sale may be adjusted to accommodate the refund.

No Refunds for Original Script Sales:

Original script sales are not eligible for refunds. If a script is customized by a freelancer and subsequently refunded, the author's commission for that sale may be subject to adjustment.

General Refund Guidelines:
